Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter is Provet Pty Ltd (Australia) ABN 46 076 468 481.
  2. Nominations open from 2nd September to 27th October 2024 only.
  3. Only nominations submitted via the Provet Website www.provet.co.nz by 11:59pm on 27th October 2024 NZDT will be valid.
  4. All information requested on the nomination form is required to be completed for the nomination to be valid.
  5. Nominees must be practising veterinary nurses in New Zealand at the time of nomination.
  6. Nominators should not use client and pet names in nominations for privacy purposes.
  7. There will be a total of six (6) winners:
    1. Three (3) chosen winners from the nominees; and
    2. Three (3) nominators of the selected entry submissions.
  8. All entries will be reviewed, and winners chosen by the judge, Susan Crampton, between 1st November and 23rd November 2024.
  9. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. If multiple people have nominated the same winner, the nominator of the selected winning entry submission will win the nominator prize.
  11. The total prize pool is approximately NZD$3,029.85 including the 3 x 1 Year ProSkills Subscriptions.
  12. Prizes are as follows only:
    1. Three (3) chosen winners will each be awarded with an NZD$500.00
      Prezzy Visa Card and a 1 Year Crampton Consulting Group ProSkills
      Subscription valued at AUD$239.40 (approx. NZD$259.95).
    2. Three (3) nominators of the chosen winning entries will each be rewarded with an NZD$250.00 Prezzy Visa Card.
  13. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or any other goods and services from Covetrus businesses.
  14. Winners will be notified by email and telephone by 15th December 2024.
  15. Prizes will be sent to the winners by 30th December 2024.
  16. Due to ongoing delivery delays, Provet is unable to guarantee third party delivery timeframes.
  17. Each 1-Year ProSkills Subscription from Crampton Consulting Group is valid for one user only and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, with no extensions.
  18. Permission for publication of winners and use in future Covetrus marketing and publications will be requested if required via contact details provided for nominee and nominator.
  19. The names of the winners will be published on the Provet Website www.provet.co.nz on 16th December 2024 for 30 days.
