Veterinary nurses and technicians play an essential role in the success of veterinary practices across New Zealand. From caring for companion animals to supporting the health and wellbeing of large animals, they provide exceptional patient care, strengthen their teams, and help clinics deliver the highest standard of service.

To celebrate their contribution, Provet is proud to recognise and reward outstanding Veterinary Nurses and Technicians through the Provet Veterinary Nurse & Technician Champion Awards.

How to Nominate

Nominating is easy - simply answer a few questions and provide a short summary on the reasons you are nominating this veterinary nurse or technologist.
Submit your entry and your nominated veterinary nurse will be in the running for this award. If your nomination entry is chosen as one of the three winners, you will also receive a reward for taking the time to nominate.
If multiple people have nominated the same person, the nominator of the selected winning entry will win the nominator prize.

Judging

All entries will be reviewed and judged by Sue Crampton B.Bus (HR, Marketing), Dip Company Leadership, VN, GAICD, TAE, a highly respected leader in the Veterinary Nursing Industry.

Prizes

Three selected Champions will each be awarded with a $500 Digital Visa Gift Card and a FREE 1 Year Crampton Consulting Group ProSkills Subscription.

The three nominators of the winning entries will each be rewarded with a $250 Digital Visa Gift Card.*

Provet Doing Good

For each nomination received,
Provet will donate $10 to the Mental Health Foundation.**
