Please note: To ensure a pre-Christmas delivery please submit redemptions by Friday 13th November. Redemptions received after this date will not be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
Due to the advice on safety regulations and guidelines relating to COVID-19 we have had to review our gift card redemption process. Your requests will still be processed within 5 business days as normal, however we have made some changes that may affect delivery times.
Changes to Woolworths Gift Card Redemptions: Woolworths Gift Cards will switch from a physical Gift Card to an eGift Card. You can continue to enjoy redeeming Woolworths eGift Cards at Woolworths, Big W, Caltex, BWS, Cellarmasters and Dan Murphy’s. Delivery times of the eGift Card will be reduced however please allow up to 10 business days for processing, this is subject to public holidays and peak periods. The $14.95 delivery fee will no longer apply to eGift cards as they will be emailed to you. You will need to nominate an email address for the eGift cards to be sent to.
Changes to Coles Myers Gift Card Redemptions: Coles Myers Gift Cards will remain to be processed as physical Gift Cards, however, these cards will now be delivered directly to your clinic via Coles Myer. Once your gift cards are received, you will then need to call your local Provet customer service team to have your gift cards activated.
