Prelude to Success

In 1982 a group of 5 veterinarians established the vision to expand the veterinary industry by reclaiming proceeds generated by the profession back into the profession.To pursue the further expansion of the veterinary profession the Provet Group contributes to the veterinary industry through support and sponsorship of various associations including the Australian and New Zealand Veterinary Association and their special interest groups.

We are proud of our investment and support of the Equine Veterinary Association (EVA) both as Platinum Sponsors of the Annual Bain Fallon Conference and Education Partners of the EVA. We also support many national and state education initiatives including the Veterinary Science Foundation, Australian Small Animal Association as Gold Sponsor, AVPMA and AVBA Education Partners, University of Continuing Education and Veterinary Nurse Association.

With 10 warehouses strategically located across Australia and 3 in New Zealand, Provide provides further reach across Australasia than ever envisioned by the original 5 veterinarians.

Provet’s fully air-conditioned and modern warehouse network fulfils over 3,500 orders per week across a holding of 12,500 product lines on shelf.

All warehouses of Provet are fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern technology allowing for over 12,500 product lines on shelf, as well as all the instruments and equipment needed for today’s modern veterinary practices, backed with complete technical and support staff.

Provet leads the way in veterinary supply & logistics by using an advanced computer bar coding system, quality packaging and voice pick technology to ensure that the assembly of each order is correct for every shipment.

Our veterinary practices and supply partners rely on Provet to expeditiously and accurately fulfil orders. We take this responsibility very seriously. Our obligation to our partners is inextricably linked to a custom of 4 to 24 hour delivery from receipt of order.
